78 Annual Report 2014 GRADE SPREADSHEET The Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco Teachers have participated in the workshop, which presented the features of the Grade Spreadsheet at Moodle. The Ensino a Distância Rio Branco team has given the workshop “Grade Spreadsheet” for the Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco teachers. The workshop has presented the Grade Spreadsheet resource, which can be used to support the control and disclosure of the continuous evaluation grades. It was explained to the teachers how to set up the worksheet by inputting grades from continuous evaluations conducted in person or remotely. After this theoretical explanation, teachers have done practical exercises, simulating the use of the Spreadsheet in the context of actual applied activities. PEDAGOGICAL PRACTICES WITH MOODLE 2 The course is developed by EAD Rio Branco and is part of Moodle’s Training Program. MOODLE WORKSHOP FOR CRB AND FRB TEACHERS The workshops are designed to introduce teachers to the several possibilities provided by the Moodle platform. The Ensino a Distância Rio Branco, supported by Educational Technology teams from Colégio Rio Branco, has held meetings and the workshop “ Differences between Moodle 1.9 and Moodle 2”, for the Colégio and Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco teachers. The workshops were held during the Riobranquino Meeting of the Colégio Rio Branco, and during the Faculdades Rio Branco Planning Meetings, in January and August, and addressed the Moodle new features and resources. The Ensino a Distância Rio Branco has promoted a pilot group of the Pedagogical Practices course with Moodle 2 for the Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco teachers and for the tutoring team. The course aims to awake the teacher’s interest in applying continuous or participatory evaluation, using the support environment to presential courses through the platform resources.
