FACULDADES INTEGRADAS RIO BRANCO Art and science of public ceremonial Rules that govern the Public Ceremonial and its importance to harmonize human relations in the different fi elds to which it is applicable was the theme of a lecture delivered by the Chief of the Ceremonial of São Paulo mayor’s cabinet, Carlos Takahashi. His target-audience were students of International Relations and Communication courses, the lecturer spoke about the set of actions the ceremonial consists of, how to set tables, forms of treatment and priorities when quoting authorities attending an event. According to Takahashi “a ceremonial conveys an invisible image by means of an organized event”, and it should always follow the “three Gs” parameter: Good sense, Good organization and Good will, adjusting to time, the places and people involved. Carlos Takahashi Investigative journalism The lecture “Investigative journalism: how a report-book Emphasizing the importance of checking facts, comes to light” was delivered by journalist and writer Klester Klester Cavalcanti highlighted the role journalist plays Cavalcanti. The lecturer talked to students of Journalism guaranteeing the truth of what he/she writes to his/ about the process of news checking and control and about her readers. As far as profession contingencies are the specifi cities of the relationship with sources, from the concerned, he pointed out occasions on which he had professional ethics standpoint. to take risks in order to obtain information. Contemporary Labor Law Techer Amauri Mascaro Nascimento, author of books different colleges, he approached themes regarding of Labor Law, delivered the lecture “Contemporary Labor the peculiarities of other cultures’ labor code, as well as Law” to law students. the role of emotions and techniques during a hearing, Besides talking about his experience as a teacher in and perspectives before the new Labor Code.
