12TH CLASS OF PROFESSIONAL LEARNING PROGRAM FOR THE DEAF AND PHYSICALLY IMPAIRED PEOPLE Annual Report 2014 93 The graduation brought together representatives of Selur, Ministry of Labor and Employment, Rotary authorities, educators, directors, managers and family. Students of the 12th class of the Professional Learning Program for the Deaf and Persons with Physical Impaired People received their diplomas as they have completed the program, which was promoted by the Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco, in partnership with Selur - The Union of the Urban Cleaning Companies in São Paulo State. The Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo President, Nahid Chicani, congratulated the students for an important achievement to their professional and personal lives. After congratulating the students, the class patron, Cristiana Mello Cerchiari, who is the head of the Selur Social, spoke about the importance of searching for knowledge and underlined the importance of developing social inclusion in companies. Susana Penteado, Cepro director, highlighted the partnership to carry out the program among the institution, Selur and Rotary. The event was attended by José Carlos do Carmo, Oversight Coordinator of the Regional Superintendency of Labor of Ministry; José Américo Fischmann, rotarian and member of the FRSP Community Council and Granja Vianna Development Committee, besides being responsible for conceiving the program; Ariovaldo Caodaglio, Selur president; Sabine Vergamini, Centro de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco Director; and representatives of the INSS (National Institute of Social Security) research team. At the time, there have been many tributes: a video was played showing the best moments of the program; students talked about their experiences and obstacles they have overcome and handed some gifts to teachers and technical assistants from Cepro as sign of gratitude.
