In their speeches, directors and managers emphasized the importance of thinking and exchanging ideas and experiences among all of the entities maintained by the Foundation, both in the fields of pedagogy and management, as a means to improve processes, plans and actions in the search for the fulfillment of the ideals of a quality teaching in tune with the developmental needs of the Country. The value of the adoption of the BSC (Balanced Scorecard) was highlighted, as it shall contribute to the alignment of the decision making process with strategic planning.
